The University Affairs Council issued a decision to open admission to public high school graduates from all regions of the Kingdom, without being limited to the administrative region to which the university is affiliated, starting from the academic year 1446 AH.

The decision aims to enable male and female students to search for appropriate academic paths for them, and to provide fair competition opportunities for university seats in all public universities around the Kingdom. The Council’s decision also comes within the system of development decisions and legislation that the Council is working to approve in coordination with universities, in order to achieve the goals of the vision.
