His Excellency the Minister of Education and Chairman of the University Affairs Council, Professor Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, visited the University of Tabuk on Monday, and was received by His Excellency the President of the University of Tabuk, Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Mufarreh Al-Dhiyabi, and a number of university officials and employees; His Excellency’s visit aims to attend the inauguration ceremony of a number of qualitative and developmental projects that were inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan, Emir of the Tabuk region. His Excellency was also briefed on the university’s projects, initiatives, achievements, and executive steps for future goals.

At the beginning of the visit, His Excellency watched a visual presentation entitled “The University: Numbers and Facts” and another presentation on the “Third Strategic Plan 2023-2027”. His Excellency was also briefed on “the university’s experience in enhancing the role of the university student in the educational system.” The university’s experience was also presented in “Absolute Innovation Program.”

His Excellency inspected the university’s projects, educational facilities, and existing partnerships, through a field tour that included the university city, and a visit to the Industrial Innovation and Robotics Center.

During the tour, His Excellency was accompanied by the President of the University of Tabuk and a number of university officials and employees.
